Suggested Supply List for 5th Grade

Student Supplies:  *Label with students name if necessary, and replace as needed.

·          1 bookbag/backpack  (No wheels)

·          1 pair medium/adult scissors

·          1 three-ring binder, 2-inch, zipper-type preferred

·          1 pencil-holder pouch to fit into binder

·          5 folders, hole punched!

·          1 plastic folder, for homework

·          1 one-subject spiral notebook

·          #2 pencils

·          Several ball point pens in various colors (blue, red, etc. NO BLACK)

·          1 Pocket Dictionary and Thesaurus (can often be found at dollar stores)

·          Small personal pencil sharpener (enclosed to hold shavings)

·          Highlighters  (at least 2 different colors)

·          1 dry-erase marker, thin

·          1 dry-erase Eraser (or sock/cloth)

·          1 bottle White-Out, or White-Out corrective tape

  Classroom Donations Needed:  (stored in classroom to share; please do not label)

·          2 boxes of Tissue  (always need!)

·          Ziplock bags (sandwich, quart, or gallon size)

·          Antibacterial disinfecting wipes (use 1 container/week. Always need!)

·          1 pump bottle Hand Sanitizer OR 1 pump bottle liquid hand soap

·          Fun stickers

·          Candy

·          1 bottle white liquid glue

·          Sharpie markers˘black or colored

·          Post-it Notes:  1x1 inch or 3x3 inch

·          1 package lined notebook paper<
